Sr. Product Manager (RF & Microwave) for Defence & Aerospace

Job Description

7-10 Years of Rich Marketing Experience in RF & Microwave, / Millimeter wave Components systems / sub- systems to the various Defense R&D Labs, its Production group  & to the various Space Organization Centre(s).

JOB PROFILE

1) Will lead a team of FAE’s for Demand Creation / Marketing of the above products from Existing Line Card to various Defense Aerospace and Space Design Centre(s), Production organizations and their subcontractors.

2) Will be the Focal Point of Contact for the Principals for Yearly Projections, Marketing Plan and Strategies.

3) Will be managing the entire product Design In to Sales cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

4) Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

5) Driving a Marketing Plan set across development teams in Customer Organizations (primarily Development/Engineering, and Production) through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.

6) Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

7) Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product Tie Up’s

Desired Skills & Experience

Should have at least 5 years experience in Marketing to various

    * DRDO Labs like ADE, CABS, LRDE, MTRDC, DEAL, IRDE, RCI, DLRL, DRDL,
    * ISRO CENTRES like ISAC, SAC, VSSC, IISU, LEOS, ISTRAC, MCF
    * Production Agencies like BEL,HAL,BDL etc.

Product Exposure

Should be a variant individual with techo - commercial marketing experience in at least few of the following RF& Microwave Products like ...

    * LNA’s, Amplifiers, Power Amplifiers,
    * Splitters, Combiners, Directional Couplers, Diplexers...
    * Waveguides, Flanges,Tees, Bends,Isolators,Circulators,Adapters
    * Cavity Filters, Bandpass Filters, Ceramic Filters...
    * Rotary Joints, Attenuators...
    * Solid State Switches, Phase Shifters...
    * RF Cables and Connectors, Cable Assemblies
    * Frequency Control Products VCO,TCXO,VCXO, Crystals.

Additional knowledge on Various US and European Military and Space level Standards and Qualifications for Components, desirable
