The Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides the technical and operational accuracy of E-2D subject matter to include data, content, and graphical representations of systems, subsystems, and flight theory and aerodynamics undergoing training development. Subject matter is defined in a specific statement of work (SOW) or statement of objectives (SOO) and populated throughout the instructional systems design process of tactical training or training Revision and Maintenance (R&M) process.
