Job Description:  Financial Services Reviews, valuations, private placement services, financial projections, cash flow analysis, working capital management Accounting Preparation of financial accounts in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards, in compliance with Company Law and Income Tax Act

2. Co-ordination and Monitoring with the Other Business Officers making strategies and implementation.

3. CAPEX Monitoring Review of Revenues and their flows

4. Treasury and Taxation.

6. Project finance and controls.

Experience : 11 to 16 years Post Qualification

Qualification : CA with SAP Implementation back ground preferred
