Qualifications & Experience:
Australian CASA Group 20 Helicopter LAME licence covering AS332 and EC225 aircraft
Extensive field experience, have a proven ability to plan and carry out line maintenance, base maintenance and modifications
Proven ability to work unsupervised
Ability to support Company aircraft remote from its Base.

Provide rotorarycraft maintenance on equipment as assigned.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform inspections on all hydraulic systems on AB 205, AB 212, and 412 EP Rotor Craft.
Interprets installation and maintenance policies and procedures related to hydraulic systems and components.
Diagnose reoccurring malfunctions and recommends corrective actions.
Diagnose malfunctions, using technical publications, and performs repair.
Determines extent of disassembly necessary to repair to replace hydraulic components.
Inspect hydraulic components, using visual inspection methods.
Analyzes inspection finding to determine extent of repair.
Diagnose malfunction using applicable technical publications and test equipment, such dial indicators, feeler gauges, and micrometers.
Train RSAF personnel on all RSAF documentation
Evaluates performance of assigned personnel.
Conducts and supervises on the job training programs.
Train personnel on the use of production analysis manuals and RSAF manuals.
Train RSAF personnel on all phases of training.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Excellent communication, effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of rotor craft hydraulic systems
Experience training personnel
Experience of the development and use of prepared presentation materials for use in class room.
Proven problem solving skills on hydraulic systems on rotary craft.
Expert knowledge of layout, drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
Expert knowledge of Micro Office Systems Business Suite.
Knowledge of maintenance management systems, maintenance data collection and reporting procedures.

Complete all routine paperwork associated with the accomplishment and tracking of maintenance activities on company aircraft

Position Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification
3 plus years of experience as an A&P Technician working on aircraft of the category and class operated
5 years corporate aviation experience is preferred
Willing to work rotating shifts and / or flexible hours, weekends and holidays as required to support aircraft flight schedules
Ability to travel for the purpose of training and in support of aircraft away from home base
Basic PC skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport and required airport security clearance

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward
