Job Desc:    
Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services Inc. is a state-of-the-art helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul provider for Engines, Dynamic Components, Structures and Avionics.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time 2-year contract Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, Category "E" until March 2013 (with two possible 1-year contract extensions until 2015).  This position will report directly to the Manager,  Hangar Services.  The position will be based in Trenton, Ontario.
Requirements:
Applicable competencies, aptitudes and qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of Aircraft Maintenance category E or DND Avionics technician "AVS" with CH 146 avionics experience
Bell 412 factory-type training
Or, Bell 212 experience, with current Human Factors Training
Thorough understanding of all technical documents such as:  Airworthiness Directives, Alert Service Bulletins, Technical Bulletins, etc.
Basic computer experience and skills required
Willing to work shifts and overtime
References will be required
