As a full spectrum design, engineering, integration, and manufacturing company, AME UAS is capable of providing everything from engineering and sub-system support through complete systems.

An Aircraft Mechanic keeps the airplane in safe working condition by servicing engines, engine components, and airframe components. He/she identifies hazardous aircraft conditions and determines when aircraft should not be flown. An Aircraft Mechanic must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. He/she relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, and perform a variety of complicated tasks. The Aircraft Mechanic will work from documentation for technical and quality assurance, and may be asked to work with Engineers to help improve a design.

Job Requirements:
    Minimum 2 years of experience working in an aerospace environment
    Minimum 2 years of technical education preferred
    A&P Licensed preferred
    Experience working on military aircraft preferred
    Experience working on UAVs preferred
    Must have the ability to work solely from engineering drawings
    High degree of knowledge in quality assurance and inspection preferred
    Knowledge of supply chain management is desired
    Knowledge of industry standards is strongly desired
    Working knowledge of AS9100 standards is preferred
    Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
    Must be self-driven with high independence, and a high level of integrity
    Must be an effective communicator
